The court refused to accept the complaint against the journalist into criminal proceedings
Baku/30.09.22/Turan: The Khachmaz District Court refused to accept a complaint filed as a private criminal charge of libel and insult against journalist Jamil Mammadli, the message of the Media Rights Group.
The children of the murdered owner of one of the shopping centers in Khachmaz, Javid, Gulnara and Kamal Gabibovs, filed a complaint against the journalist.
They claimed that the journalist, during a private conversation with him, slandered and insulted them. The Judge of the Khachmaz District Court Vusala Gasimova, having satisfied the objection of the journalist, refused to accept the case. -06B-

Today, January 6, the pre-election campaign for municipal elections in Azerbaijan, scheduled for 23 days later, has officially begun.
