The leader of the REAL demands to file a lawsuit against judges

The convicted leader of the REAL Movement Ilgar Mamedov, sent a letter to Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov with request to file an appeal to the Judicial Council for the criminal prosecution of a number of judges who violate the law.

In particular, Ilgar Mamedov states that a number of judges of the Nasimi District and the Court of Appeal  committed a crime under Article 295 of the Criminal Code (intentional imposition of unjust sentence.) The appeal lists the specific dates and actions, which were violated.

The list mentioned 12 dates and the same number of judges of the Nasimi Court of Appeal. All of them are dated 2013 year.

* Ilgar Mamedov was arrested on February 4, 2013 in connection with the Ismayilli events. On March 17, 2014 the court sentenced him to seven years in prison for incitement to riot and commit violence against the authorities.
