Transition to Winter Time on 28 October
In accordance with the 17 March 1997 decree by Cabinet of Ministers, every year on the last Sunday in October clocks will be set back one hour. This year the date falls on 28 October at 5:00 am. This was stated by the State Committee for Standardization. -02D-
