Unstable weather in Azerbaijan will continue until 25 October. During this period rainfall and snow in mountainous areas are expected, in rivers will increase the water level. According to weather forecasters Ministry of Environment, on October 20 in Baku and Absheron peninsula at night the temperature will be + 7 + 9, and in the daytime + 11 + 13 degrees. In low-lying areas will be + 10 + 14 degrees in the afternoon. In mountainous areas at night is expected 5 degrees frost, and in the daytime + 3 + 8 degrees.-03D06-

Lawyer Agil Layij has accused the chairman of the Baku Court of Appeals, Mubariz Akperov, of mismanagement and called on President Ilham Aliyev to intervene. Layij voiced his concerns in a Facebook post, stating that Akperov's leadership has reduced legal defense to a "formal level."

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has approved amendments to the regulation on the allocation of funds collected from traffic fines, initially established in 1999.
