Unstable weather in Azerbaijan will continue until 25 October. During this period rainfall and snow in mountainous areas are expected, in rivers will increase the water level. According to weather forecasters Ministry of Environment, on October 20 in Baku and Absheron peninsula at night the temperature will be + 7 + 9, and in the daytime + 11 + 13 degrees. On July 25, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense accused Armenia of "provoking" by deploying heavy weapons in Kalbajar and quadcopters in the Tovuz direction. The ministry also expressed dissatisfaction and concern over Armenia's military cooperation with Western countries.
