Who is behind the project "Sevil massif"?
Office to Combat Corruption under the Prosecutor General's Office continues to investigate a criminal case against the housing co-operative "Sevil massif" accused of tax evasion.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General, the founder of the cooperative Aynur Zeynalov, Director Elchin Ismailov and several others were arrested on charges of illegal business activities and tax evasion.
According to the investigation, these persons evaded payment of simplified tax rate 172 thousand manat. In addition, they were engaged in illegal business without the appropriate license, and earned 99,000 manat.
Mirnamat Miradiyev, a chairman of the municipality of the village of Hokmali in Absheron district, was charged under the Article 311.3.3 (bribery.) There is a suspicion that Miradiyev received from Zeynalov and Ismailov 170 thousand manats for large land areas.
The talk is about 30 hectares of land and promising 110 hectares of pasture.
"Sevil massif" began to sell these lands to citizens on free loan. On these lands citizens built about 200 private houses without proper documentation. "Sevil massif" has built more than a hundred multi-family housing, without consulting with the relevant state agencies.
Despite the warning of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, pit for 14 buildings was dug, and the foundation of four houses was laid. Citizens already sold apartments in high-rise buildings to be built on the pasture areas. Currently, construction and sale of "Sevil massif" is suspended, the report said.
This information of prosecutors resembles a science-fiction story, because without the consent of the authorities and government agencies, it is impossible to put a stone on stone, but here we speak about the construction of a residential complex. The most interesting thing in this information is - who owns this project, who was behind it? Only members of the government and their partners-oligarchs would dare to do it. -03D04-
