I am not personally acquainted with professor Farman Ceyranly. We have never met in Baku, or in Tbilisi. In fact, after Farman Ceyranly moved to Tbilisi, I did not have a chance to go to this region. But I've always heard of him flattering things about him, as a man, a scientist, as a doctor. Not only Azerbaijanis, but also representatives of various countries with whom I happened to meet, and the Georgians themselves spoke very good things about him. Every time when I heard good words about him my respect for him grew. After medicine in our country lost the confidence of the population, our citizens began to travel to neighboring countries - Iran and Georgia. To a large extent this was due to the belief in their doctors, including the well-known physician Farman Ceyranly.
For several months Professor Farman Ceyranly, who has saved the lives of many people, is under arrest. Yesterday began his trial. A year before his arrest, he was detained on a case that had nothing to do with him. As the main reason, an organ transplant operation was performed by an Iranian doctor at the Lanset clinic, which resulted in the patient dying. Professor Farman Ceyranly is not the director of the clinic, he is the founder and did not perform the transplant operation. It is not his responsibility to find out whether or not the doctor has a license to carry out a transplant operation.
Then why did the famous doctor become a victim of lawlessness, slander and arbitrariness? The fact is that Professor Ceyranly was assigned one of the main roles in detective-type scenarios prepared by Azerbaijani secret services and their Georgian counterparts. The announcement of the performance was given 22 days before the arrest on one of the sites, which is the main informational mouthpiece of the GSS. The speech was to be about trying to forcibly change the constitutional order in Azerbaijan with the help of foreign financial assistance. After all, our law enforcement bodies have unlimited imagination. Previously, they are preparing a script for a "criminal series." And the task of the investigation is to form the evidence base for the prepared scenario. From this point of view, the "Nardaran caser" and "hunting for the supporters of Gulen" were quite interesting performances. Now they added the Georgian case.
The play began with an absolutely dramatic action - the arrest of Professor Farman Ceyranly on the basis of fabricated charges. A scandal was accompanied by a performance with "tossing" foreign currency into the handbag of Popular Front Party"s deputy chairman Gesel Bayramly, and into the pockets of journalist Afgan Mukhtarly, who was kidnapped on the streets of Tbilisi. The commoner needed a name. Although the West was mentioned in this scenario in a veiled form, it was more suitable to announce for this role the owner of a large clinic in the Caucasus, Farman Ceyranly. The performance, which began in Tbilisi with the arrest of Farman Ceyranly, was to end with the arrest of the chairman of the Popular Front Party Ali Kerimli in Baku.
However, the play went beyond the scenario. The theatrical fate of the kidnapped with a bag on his head and with money in his pockets turned out to be unsuccessful, everything went wrong. There is nothing surprising in the behavior of the Azerbaijani authorities in this kidnapping, since one day the theft of money, wealth, votes, budgetary funds will certainly lead to kidnapping, and this is undoubtedly. However, the participation of the current leadership of Georgia in order of the criminal Aliyev regime, the arrest on fabricated charges of a famous scientist and honest doctor - has cast doubt on the democratic values of Georgia won by the rivers of spilled blood. Professor Farman Ceyranly was arrested at the request of the Azerbaijani authorities, and this was the result of a well-known scenario. That is why he is a political prisoner. However, a dangerous syndrome is the transfer of the camp of political prisoners by Aliyev's regime to neighboring Georgia. If this syndrome becomes a disease, then even "Lanset" will not be able to cure it.
