I am not personally acquainted with professor Farman Ceyranly. We have never met in Baku, or in Tbilisi. In fact, after Farman Ceyranly moved to Tbilisi, I did not have a chance to go to this region. But I've always heard of him flattering things about him, as a man, a scientist, as a doctor. Not only Azerbaijanis, but also representatives of various countries with whom I happened to meet, and the Georgians themselves spoke very good thing...
