Jerusalem to Become Azerbaijani Resort for Two Days
The Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra has entered into an agreement with the organizers of the International Music Festival in the Azerbaijani city of Gabala, the newspaper Israel Hayom reported. Artists taking part in the annual Music Festival in Gabala will arrive in the capital of Israel, and give two concerts in the Teatron Hall, Jerusalem on July 16 and 17.
For its part, the famous Jerusalem team will travel to Gabala at the end of this month. International festivals have been held in Gabala since 2009. Last year it was attended by 350 artists from 10 countries. Previously, it has received the first violin part of the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, Jeanne Gendelman, and other Israeli musicians. -02D-
