Rustam Ibrahimbekov to Hold Meeting of Union of Cinematographers
Baku / 01.06.19 / Turan: On June 4, Baku will host a meeting of the Board of the Union of Cinematographers of Azerbaijan (UCA) chaired by Rustam Ibrahimbekov.
As stated in the press release of the UCA, the meeting will discuss issues of preparation for the XI Congress - its agenda and venue. Among the topics discussed there will also be the state of production of feature films, documentaries and animated films, the problem of film distribution and the concept of film development.
The meeting will begin at 16 o'clock in the premises of the UCA at the address: 18 Hasan Seyidbeyli Street. The official part of the event will be open to the press. Note that, until recently, Rustam Ibrahimbekov"s access to Azerbaijan was closed. He was considered an unreliable oppositionist and was scolded in every possible way, called a traitor cooperating with Armenians. However, a few months ago, the top leadership of the country "suddenly" got a clear vision, realizing that with its own hands it creates enemies among the intelligentsia and loses its prestige in society. -02D-
