Azerbaijan Senaye Banki Says Goodbye to Its Deputy Chairman
The Deputy Chairman Ramin Kerimov has left the Board of JSC Azerbaijan Senaye Banki (ASB). According to the report on the ASB website, the Board is headed by the Acting Chairman Dogan Tandogan and the Board member Sarvan Mikayilov. The Deputy Chairman position remains vacant.
JSC Azerbaijan Senaye Banki has operated under the CBA license since 1996. Its main shareholder is Anadolu Investment Company (94.2517%). The shareholders also include the insurance company Azerbaijan Senaye Sigorta (5.1735%) and the leasing company Azerbaijan Senaye Leasing (0.5748%). --17D-
