From New Year on, BSE will work only with those representatives of brokers and dealers, which it has granted a certificate of accreditation as an authorized trader, BSE reported.
The Exchange Board approved the accreditation rules for traders on their assumption to tender. The same document defines procedures of requests for trading sessions on behalf of the Exchange members and the terms of reference for the implementation of transactions. The exam for the accreditation will be conducted by specialists of BSE.
The current members of BSE are 13 professional participants of the securities market.
Note that the main investors of the securities market in Azerbaijan are financial companies that place free funds in government securities, including bonds of the Mortgage Fund. Transactions with shares are targeted and the Exchange provides a formal platform for their arrangement. --08D--
