Customs Revenues Increased by 51.7%
For two months the State Customs Committee (SCC) ensured the transfer of 368.9 million manat to the state budget, which is 51.7% (125.7 million manat) more than for the comparable period of 2016.
The increase in revenues is due to the decline in the manat rate. Customs fees are charged in US dollars, and the calculation before the state budget is made in the national currency.
This year the SCC should raise AZN 2.2 bn. -------08D
