How to Explain Late Reaction of Ministry of Environment?
The Ministry of Environment made a strange statement about the fine on the citizen Vusal Agayev, who is accused of organizing illegal hunting for foreigners.
The report of the Ministry of Environment says that this person for a few days organized hunting for foreigners in the Saatli region, not having received the appropriate license from the Ministry.
For this reason, the nature of Azerbaijan has suffered great damage. On the basis of the law of the animal world of the country, the Ministry of Environment staff drew up a report on 14 October and imposed a fine in the amount of 18,500 manats.
However, the report is silent on when the violation took place and who were these foreigners hunting with falconry.
Recall that two weeks ago Prince Hamdan al Maktoum of Dubai with his large entourage visited Azerbaijan for hunting. For several days they traveled in the countryside in Land Rovers, arranging falconry. Only blind people could not see that, including the Ministry of Environment inspectors.
Many days after the departure of the Prince, nature guards came around and rushed to search for the "guilty".
It is noteworthy that even when the Prince was in Azerbaijan on the hunt, a representative of the Ministry of Environment, asked by the journalists, admitted that he did not know how legitimate this hunt was. -02B-
