In the first ten months of this year 74,855 cars were delivered to Azerbaijan. This is 15.3% more than in all of 2011.
The total declared value of cars amounted to $ 663 million. In other words, one passenger car to keep the fees and taxes is recorded in the customs for $ 8,857.
Since the beginning of the year, the country imported 84,667 vehicles, the State Customs Committee told Turan. For the period indicated, the country received about 900 buses ($ 44.5 million) and about 8,000 trucks ($ 185.5 million).
According to preliminary data, in Azerbaijan there are about 1 mln.125 thousand vehicles (including equipment).
