
Information for Creditors of Eurobank
LLC Azerbaijan International Consulting Company (the liquidator of the bankrupt Eurobank) through the official press has notified the creditors of the need to bring requirements to the bank by 15 October this year.
According to the information, the decision was taken by the Economic Court - to submit applications within 60 calendar days from the date of first publication of media reports about the bankruptcy of the structure (Turan wrote on August 12 that the State Committee for Securities announced the issue of its shares failed).
For registration of the claims creditors must submit documents proving the legal basis of the requirements specified in the name or company name and address, specify the amount of interest and other payments to be included in the principal amount, as well as provide information on the pledge (mortgage) or other guarantees.
The bankruptcy procedure is held in the head office at the address: Baku, 21 Plotnikov Street. Creditors may appeal to the address provided by the representative of the liquidator, or directly to the liquidator at the address: Baku, 4a Mammad Rahim Street.

Recall, on July 10 the Central Bank of Republic of Azerbaijan (CBA) revoked the license of Eurobank. The decision came into force on 16 July. The reason is that the bank has not eliminated the deficiencies associated with the capitalization and other issues, despite indications of the CBA.
Eurobank (reorganized Azinvestbank) operated from December 1992 had 1 branch, 11 million mantas of the authorized capital and 40 million mantas of the loan portfolio, working mainly with corporate clients. -17-
