Profit of Mortgage Fund in 2016 Amounted to More Than Seven Million Manat
Incomes of OJSC Mortgage Fund of Azerbaijan in 2016 increased by 2 million 294 thousand manat or 11%, up to 22 million 95 thousand manat in comparison with 2015.
During the reporting period, the Fund's profit amounted to 7 million 659 thousand manat (an increase of 2 million 259 thousand manat or 41.8%).
The obligations of the Mortgage Fund decreased by 1.7% or 6 million 99 thousand manat, amounted to 343 million 881 thousand manat.
The capital of the Fund for the indicated time was 349 million 244 thousand manat, showing growth of 58 million 164 thousand manat or 20%.
The money of the Mortgage Fund for the reported period increased from 2 million 458 thousand manat to 10 million manat. -----71D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
