Share capital of Mega Sigorta increased by 1.5 million manat
Mega Sigorta Insurance Company completed the process of placement of securities in the amount of 1.5 million manat .
As reported by Turan from this financial structure, now its authorized capital grew by 15% - from 10 to 11.5 million manat . Registration in the Ministry of Taxes will allow it to prevent more financial risks.
The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 25, which gave the start placement on its site , the shareholders decided to release this structure by mass offers 300 simple no documentary registered shares. Face value of each of them is 5 thousand manats. The registration number is AZ1001006183.
The insurance company Mega Sigorta has operated on the local market 3.5 years. During this time the level of premiums and claims increased 10 times. Over the year, being a member of the Bureau of Compulsory Insurance, it collected 10.43 million with payments 1,854,520 manats.
