SSC identified three violations of the law on lotteries
The State Securities Committee (SSC) has revealed three illegal stimulating lotteries. Thus he controls the government does not provide the public with information about those companies that have registered their campaign for the sale of goods and services.
According to the SSC, on August 7 reportedly the supermarket chains Araz and Endi, as well as the chocolate factory Ulduz of the company Veyseloglu performed stimulating lottery games without obtaining the legal right. The companies do not comment on this message.
According to the Code of Administrative Offences, the amount of fines in the case of a legal person who violated the law "On lotteries" is 8,000 manat. Until October 2013 it amounted to 200 manat.
In the first half of this year, the SSC found two illegal stimulating lotteries. Their organizers paid 16 000 manat for this.
For six months in 2014 SSC registered holding 55 stimulating lotteries. This is 30.9% (13) more than in the same period of 2013.
SSC does not maintain a register of stimulating lotteries. Therefore, consumers are aware of their illegality only from its press release. The companies also do not publish the terms on their corporate sites.--08D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today.
