The authorized capital of Mega Sigorta increased by 5%
Mega Sigorta Insurance Company today, June 3, has begun to place additional shares in the amount of 500 thousand manats.
According to the BSE, on the site which is offering, as a result of the issue share capital will increase by 5% - to 10.5 million manat.
The issue is divided into 100 shares with par value of five thousand manats. Underwriter is LLC Chelsea Capital.
The authorized capital of Mega Sigorta is currently 10 million manat.
Mega Sigorta has been operating in the insurance market since October 2010. The shareholders are 6 individuals. - 17D-
