Local Unibank at the Baku Stock Exchange posted a bond in the amount of 5 million manat.
As the bank itself (http://www.unibank.az/ru/about-bank/news/139), the term of the bonds is 5 years at a rate 14% per annum. Underwriter of the accommodation is Unicapital. Market maker accommodation is at Pasha Bank, and the mediator is LLC PASHA Capital.
The issue is divided into five thousand bonds with par value of 1 thousand manats.
OJSC Unibank launched in October 2002. Paid-up share capital of the bank is 64 million 565.18 thousand manats.
The major shareholder (50.81%) is the Eldar Garibov. Among the shareholders there are European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (15.15% equity) and the German Investment Corporation DEG (8.33%). - 17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
