The authorized capital of the company Revan Sigorta reached 5.45 million manat
Yesterday, December 25, there was placement of shares of the insurance company Revan Sigorta.
According to the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE ), of the total size of the prospectus - 4,900,039 AZN - 1.45 million manat was posted. The lump transaction was made by the only investor.
Recall that November 28 BSE nominally started placement of the issue of 99,120 ordinary registered uncertified shares with par value of AZN 40.8, which passed state registration in the SSC November 4, 2013. According to the exchange, one investor intends to buy all the shares. Underwriting services are provided by Ltd Tekhnika Capital Management. According to the law, an issue is deemed when placing a half of it.
Thus, the paid charter capital of the company will more than double - to 8.9 million. Until yesterday it was 4 million, today it is 5.45 million manat .
Insurance company Revan Sigorta has operated in Azerbaijan since 1998 and has a perpetual license for insurance activity. It previously operated under the name Star Alliance.
The company provides 19 types of insurance , of which 2 are mandatory .
Since 2007, the financial structure in connection with the change of the founders is a member of Nurgun Group. - 17D-
