World Congress Awards Express Delivery of Local Mail
The Azerbaijani Ministry of Communication awarded a gold certificate of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) for express mail delivery services in the last year.
The sixth award was announced at the meeting of the Management EMS (Express Mail Service) within the framework of the 25th International Congress of the UPU Postal in Doha (Qatar).
According to the organization, identifying the nominees are commissioned and funded by the UPU EMS Cooperative. Independent consulting company conduct the checking and evaluation was within a year of EMS services from operators around the world, and then the results are announced and issued the certificates.
The certificate was awarded to the delegation of our country at the ceremony by the UPU Director General, Edouard Dayan.
The International Postal Congress will continue until October 15, it involved 192 members of the organization.
The forum, convened every four years, will accept world postal strategy and discussed proposals of the member states. - 17D-
