Baku / 28.06.19 / Turan: The Chairman of the Popular Front Party (PFPA), Ali Kerimli, was detained by the police and taken to the Binagadi district administration this afternoon. This was reported to Turan by the Deputy Chairman of PFPA Gezal Bayramly.
According to her, Kerimli was taken away at 13:00, when he was leaving the headquarters of the Musavat party. There he took part in a "solidarity marathon" held to raise funds to pay fines for activists fined for participating in protest actions
Kerimli spoke at the event and was already detained when he was about to leave. -06D-
