Anar Asadli was transferred under house arrest
Baku/05.07.23/Turan: Chairman of the party "Rising" Anar Asadli was released from custody on July 5.
Narimanovsky District Court of Baku, having satisfied the defense's request, transferred him to house arrest.
Lawyer Asadli Hikmet Aliyev reported about this to Turan.
According to him, the defense intends to seek the acquittal of Asadli, since his actions do not constitute a crime.
Asadli was arrested on April 21 on charges of fraud. However, he denied the charges and linked the arrest to his political activity.—06В-
