As a result of these barbaric actions, there are dead and wounded. The most intense shelling was carried out on the night of 28 April. This is done intentionally and in violation of all international conventions. This was stated by the official representative of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Hikmet Hajiyev.
The statements of the Armenian side of the shelling of the civilian population by the Azerbaijani forces on the Armenian side is a lie, because the Armenians opened fire from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, where no population has been for long, Hajiyev said.
Responsibility for the consequences of the forced actions of Azerbaijan against the Armenian military installations along the front line will be on the Armenian side, the Foreign Ministry spokesman stated. -02D-
