Azerbaijanis from Iran Protest Against Rouhani
South (Iranian) Azerbaijanis, living in America protested in New York in front of the UN headquarters against Iranian President Hassan Rouhani’s visit to the USA, reads a message from the Facebook page of the National Awakening Movement of Southern Azerbaijan (NAMSA).
Activists and organizations of national resistance participated in the action. The picketers chanted: "Independence to South Azerbaijan," "End the ban on education in Turkic language," "Not only Persians live in Iran," and others.—03D06--
