Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has gone to Germany on an official visit, the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan said.
During the visit, he will hold talks with the German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle and speak at several foreign policy events in the country. -03D-
