Erdogan "s visit to Azerbaijan proves importance of this country
Baku/04.04.14/Turan : Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan went on an official visit to Azerbaijan. Before flying from the Ankara airport, he told the press that with his visit he wants to show the importance that is attached to Azerbaijan.
During the visit the sides will discuss issues of bilateral cooperation and prospects for their development. "Our bilateral relations are at a level that can be an example for all," he said.
Next Erdogan touched the situation in the South Caucasus as a whole, noting that at the meeting with President Ilham Aliyev he will discuss the situation around the settlement of the Karabakh conflict. "Discussions will be conducted within the framework of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan," said the Prime Minister.
Further, Erdogan said that Azerbaijan and Georgia implement successful projects in the region.
The next step after the Baku -Tbilisi- Ceyhan and Baku -Tbilisi -Erzurum pipelines will be the Baku- Tbilisi-Kars railway and the pipeline TANAP, which will provide Europe with gas . -03D-
