Baku/17.01.23/Turan: On January 17, citizens of Russia and a number of other countries who were there left Karabakh. Ruben Vardanyan, the “Minister of State”, wrote about this on his Telegram page. According to him, Russian peacekeepers organized the return of some of them to their homeland.
