Jamil Hasanli: Press officer of the Interior Ministry says a lie
Press officer of the Interior Ministry Ehsan Zahidov said Oct. 2 to Hafta.az that the police received timely information about the accident on September 19 at 14:30.
According to information, the driver Gunel Hasanli knocked 86-year-old Adele Salimova. During the trial it was found that the driver and the pedestrian "concealed it from law enforcement," Zahidov said.
The Interior Ministry spokesman further claimed that the driver did not tell the truth about the accident when she brought the victim to the doctor.
"The doctor was told that the woman fell and they came for a visit. However, investigators have revealed the lie, and the injured and the driver both admitted that it was an accident, but they hid it from the police and lied to the doctor," said the representative of the Ministry of Interior.
In this regard, Jamil Hasanli said Ehsan Zahidov did not tell the truth.
"At the time members of road inspection service were in the area during the accident and they saw it with their own eyes.
Because Adele Khanum received no serious injury, they did not attach much importance. Moreover, Gunel drove Adele Khanum to the hospital with one of the police officers. Therefore, there can be no talk about hiding the fact.
Moreover, a police officer observed the X-ray examination of Salimova.
It is possible that information came to Ehsan Zahidov late, but immediately after the event the 26th police station investigated it, and the results were transferred to Yasamal Police Department a week ago, and they also checked it.
Ehsan Zahidov on behalf of the Ministry of Internal Affairs claims that Gunel lied to the hospital doctors, concealing the fact of the accident, but "it was identified by the police officers."
However, this assertion is not true. In the doctor's waiting room and in the presence of police Gunel said Adele Khanum collided with the car. On this the doctors said that this often happens, but thank God, there is no injury. Moreover, the police officer was in the office of the radiologist when Adele Khanum was examined. X-rays showed that there was no injury and it was said in the presence of police. The presence of police on the site was captured on photos.
After the doctors diagnosed the absence of injury, Adele Khanum was sent home, which was witnessed by the police.
In this regard, Jamil Hasanli blamed Ehsan Zahidov for spreading lies about his family. -03D-
