Signing of Azerbaijani- Belarusian documents

"Protocol between the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan and Ministry of Education of Belaruson and the establishment of new educational institutions in Azerbaijan, was signed by the ministers of the two states, Mikail Jabbarov and Sergey Maskevich.
"The plan of consultations between the foreign ministries of Azerbaijan and Belarus" was signed by ministers, Elmar Mammadyarov and Vladimir Makey.
