
The Iranians offer to resume sea flight Baku-e Anzali
The head of the free economic zone Anzali (northern Iran) Reza Mansoor told the local press that Iran is interested in resuming the voyage between Baku and Anzali in order to develop and strengthen trade and economic ties between the two countries.
According to him, this will allow the development of tourism between the two countries.
At the same time, Reza Mansoor called Azerbaijani business to invest in Anzali free trade zone. Investors will be provided with a simplified taxation, guaranteed the safety and freedom of movement of funds.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence that the visit of the President of Somalia to Baku "will open a new page in the close friendly relations" between the two countries. On February 12, the Baku Appeals Court rejected the appeal to transfer journalist Ramin Djebrailzade (Deko) to house arrest, according to his lawyer Nemat Kerimli. The "Union for the Freedom of Political Prisoners of Azerbaijan" has published an updated list of political prisoners, which includes 357 names. Compared to the previous list from December 12 last year, the number of political prisoners has increased by 26 individuals.
