The cases of twelve participants of the Sunday rally at Fountain Square against the deaths of soldiers will be transferred to the Sabail District Court on Monday, a PFPA source told Turan. They are contained in the Sabail police.

Another 30 people, including the journalist Khadija Ismayilova, were taken from the Sabail district police office to Gobustan, 60 km. south-west of Baku, and landed in a deserted place.

Also released were 54 people, brought to the Yasamal District Police. As said the head of the Legal Education Society Intigam Aliyev, who himself was also arrested, of 56 people brought to the Yasamal Police Office 54 were released without any warning, and even registration. However, two arrested, including the head of the Majlis of the "Republican Alternative" Movement, Erkin Gadirli, were taken from the Yasamal Police to the Sabail District Police.
