Baku/06.07.23/Turan: In accord with the plan of cooperation on individual partnership between Azerbaijan and NATO for 2023, a working meeting with the NATO expert group was held in Baku.
This is stated in the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
The delegation headed by the Deputy Chief of Staff of the NATO Joint Forces Command, Major General Stefan Fix, held a meeting at the department of international military cooperation of the Ministry of Defense.
NATO representatives were informed about the reforms in the Azerbaijani Army; its participation in the peacekeeping operations of the alliance.
Describing Azerbaijan is a reliable partner of the Alliance, Stefan Fix, for his part, highly appreciated the active participation of Azerbaijani servicemen in NATO programs.
Note that at the working meeting with the expert group, a preliminary agreement was reached on an Action Plan for the coming year. -06B-
