582 new cases of COVID-19 infection per day
Baku/18.12.21/Turan: Over the past day, 582 new cases of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) have been registered in Azerbaijan, 1,370 patients have recovered.
According to the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, 15 people have died from the coronavirus.
To date, 609,397 cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in the country, of which 585,284 people have been cured, 8,182 have died, and 15,931 are actively sick.
Over the past day, in connection with the identification of new cases of infection, 10,495 tests were carried out.
Also, over the past day, 28,277 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
During the day, the number of people vaccinated with the first dose was 3 265, the second - 4 218 people.
20 794 people were vaccinated with a booster dose.
The total number of vaccinations in Azerbaijan today is 11,046,136, of which 5,138,212 received the first dose of the vaccine, 4,638,622 received two doses, 1,269,302 people received a booster dose.-0-
