A search in a rented apartment of the journalist of Meydan TV.
Today, a search was conducted in a rented apartment of a journalist Javid Abdullayev, working with Meydan TV. Moreover, the search was conducted in the case of another journalist, Shirin Abbasov, who was arrested for 30 the day before. The law enforcement officials took away a desktop computer, three cameras and a laptop.
Commenting on this, the lawyer Elchin Sadigov said that his client did not live in this apartment.
"Why do they conducted a search in the house of a person who was arrested administratively for not obeying the police, on why his journalistic equipment was seized? A search for an administrative offense is illegal," the lawyer said. -06D--
