Another scandalous video from Elshad Abdullayev
Today a new one-hour video has been posted on the Internet by Elshad Abdullayev. It talks about the details of the kidnapping of the brother of the former Rector of the International University, the Major of the Ministry of National Security Mahir Abdullayev, on gangs among state officials and of corruption in the ruling elite.
This video filmed with a hidden camera includes a conversation with a woman named Rovshana that talks to Elshad Abdullayev for the release of his brother in exchange for a ransom.
This woman talks about the activities of criminal groups linked to the government and engaged in kidnapping - of Haji Mammadov, the businessman Arzu Kazimov, his son Zaur, and the former Deputy Interior Minister Zahid Dunyamalyev.
In addition, the video talks about trying to take the International University away from Elshad Abdullayev, as well as his house.
In the end the video shows a story of Elshad Abdullayev visiting his brother, who was poisoned in the restaurant Gurd Gapysy, in hospital. According to some news, the restaurant is owned by the brother of the head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev. -26D-
