Anti-record of daily increase in cases of COVID-19 infection in Azerbaijan
Baku/01.02.22/Turan: Over the past day, 5,223 new cases of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) have been registered in Azerbaijan, 2,319 patients have recovered, 21 have died.
This is stated in today's message of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers.
To date, 663,693 cases of COVID-19 infection have been detected in the country, of which 627,342 people have recovered, 8,755 have died, and 27,596 are actively ill.
Over the past day, 15,945 tests have been carried out to detect new cases of coronavirus infection, over the past period - 6,172,333 tests.
It should be noted that today's daily increase in cases of infection is the highest since the beginning of the pandemic in Azerbaijan. -06B-
