Cars coming from the "Metbuat" avenue cannot see the temporary sign prohibiting a right turn. It cannot be seen because of fire trucks of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) that cover the sign. At the same time, on the asphalt is left the arrow - straight and turn right.
Traffic police are watching drivers turning right, and fines them 60 manat, ignoring completely logical assertion that the sign "turn prohibited" simply is not seen. Although, according to the Road Traffic Act, the sign must be visible at 50 meters.
