The website Yenisabah.az quotes the commentary of the former Foreign Minister Tofig Zulfugarov on the Karabakh issue. According to Zulfugarov, Putin's statement at a press conference on the future status most likely implies not a political status, but a situation that will be formed in the future.

According to the former Minister, Azerbaijan will create such conditions for the Armenians to live in the region the same as in Russia and Turkey, and they can be granted the same rights as the privileges and rights granted in Russia and Turkey.

The website Redaktor.az writes that during the period of severe quarantine, the greatest losses are incurred by entrepreneurs. The owners of these establishments are extremely worried about the situation, as well as new fines.

The State University of Economics said that students can receive a scholarship in cash at the bank, and the issuance of smart cards has been suspended due to the pandemic.

In the Diplomatic Academy there are no problems with obtaining scholarships. The University of Languages ​​said that there were problems with obtaining a card by students living in the districts, since they simply did not take them.

At the Pedagogical University, freshmen were not given student IDs or plastic cards. The situation is similar in the Oil Academy. True, they were promised that the bank would be able to get a scholarship on an identity card.

The website Müsavat.com discusses the issue of deficiencies in the provision of the army. The reason for the discussions was the video and various statements on this issue. The reasons are in the absence of the appropriate infrastructure and in the irresponsibility of authorized persons.
