Experts recall that in the Law on Compulsory Insurance adopted in 2011 registered property of individuals and legal entities. However, it is not necessary to insure property that does not have state registration. Control over the implementation of property adopted in 2011 was not carried out, and suddenly in 2020, without amending the law, insurance becomes mandatory. The country has approximately one and a half million real estate. Based on the cost of insurance of 50 manats, this means 75 million manats of additional income. However, if the law is not equally applied to everyone, then it will not work.
As for fines every 20 days, it is absurd. During the year, a fine can be issued only once.
