More than a half of COVID-19 infected in Azerbaijan recovered
Baku/19.04.20/Turan: Operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers on Sunday reported 25 new cases of infection with COVID-19. A patient born in 1940, suffering from coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension, post-infarction cardiosclerosis, died.
122 infected people recovered, and were sent home.
The total number of coronavirus infected reached 1398. Of these, 712 were cured, 19 died.
Thus, half of the total number of infected people recovered. In special treatment hospitals, 667 patients remain for treatment.
The health of 19 of them is assessed as serious, 26 - of moderate severity, the rest are stable;
95.747 test studies were performed to check for coronavirus infection, the press release concludes.
The tendency for the number of convalesced to exceed the number of infected has been observed for the fourth day. In total, this is the sixth case of positive dynamics during the epidemic. –06D-
