Official and pro-government newspapers publish orders of the head of state to raise the monthly food allowance for the displaced people and the allocation of AZN 2 million for the social development of the Balakan district.

 

Azadlig writes that the National Council appointed the session scheduled for August 26 to August 23.

The head of state has increased by 10% monthly food aid for internally displaced persons, i.e. by 1 AZN 65 kopecks. Previously it was 16 manat 50 kopecks.

The famous composer Javanshir Guliyev said that the current government will not be able to return Karabakh either peacefully or through war.

With respect to the independent journalist Arshad Ibrahimli a criminal case has been filed. The journalist circulated a video, where a resident of the district Kalbacar told that the head of the education department of the district gave her a fake diploma.

The criminal case against the journalist was filed on the basis of the woman's complaint to the prosecutor's office of Ganja. She claims that she gave the interview because she was threatened.
