In accordance with the mandate of the Personal Representative of the OSCE, regular monitoring of the contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani troops will be held on November 7 at the Alibeyli village of Tovuz.
From the Azerbaijani side the monitoring will be conducted by the office coordinator of the Personal Representative Peter Key and Field Assistant Jiri Aberle.
On the opposite side, monitoring will be carried out by personal representative assistant William Pryor and field assistant Hristo Hristov. -06D -
