Salyan Oil LTD withdrew claims against former employees and human rights activist
Baku / 03.10.18Turan: The oil company Salyan Oil LTD recalled claims against two of its former employees and the Public Association for the Protection of the Rights of Oil Workers, Turan was told by the head of the said NGO Mirvari Gahramanly. According to her, the company notified her of the withdrawal of the claim in an official letter. The company also refused the material requirements of these persons.
Previously Salyan Oil LTD filed lawsuits against its former employees Zakaat Abdullayeva and Mehpara Aliyeva, as well as the Public Association for the Protection of the Rights of Oil Workers. Claims were filed after two women went to court, challenging their dismissal, and the NGO helped them with this. The company demanded large cash compensation from the defendants. -05B06--
