Hearing the cassation appeal of human rights defenders, the spouses Leyla Yunus and Arif Yunus, was appointed to the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan on 26 October at 11:00 am under the chairmanship of Judge Hafiz Nasibov, according to the lawyer Elchin Sadigov. He said that the defense raised the question of termination of the criminal prosecution of the couple and their justification of all charges.
