The head of the rural municipality severely beaten in Imishli

The incident took place on April 10 at 14:50 near the Executive Power District. Behind the attack is the chairman of the regional department for standardization and patents, the owner of the distillery and other numerous commercial facilities Saleh Mammadov, Gahramanov writes.
"Mammadov’s native brother Vahab, cousin Nusrat Aliyev and another unknown person attacked me and began to beat violently. Vahab and Nusrat knocked me to the ground and stuck knife to my throat, and then Saleh Samedov said them: "Yes, he deserves cutting his head, but enough, let him go" and left. The others also fled," Gahramanov said, but they took his gold ring from the finger and a watch. The victim appealed to the service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the ambulance station.
The head of the municipality was examined in the district hospital and was admitted to inpatient treatment. He was also examined by a medical examiner.

According to Gahramanov, earlier Saleh Samedov threatened him on the phone, and Gahramanov informed the district prosecutor Panah Abbasov about this.
Gahramanov asks the president of Azerbaijan to ensure his safety, investigate this crime and punish Saleh Samedov and others.
In a conversation with a correspondent of Turan, the victim explained that he they caused serious injuries to his face and body, his left side is numb and he cannot move.
When asked what the reason for the conflict is, Gahramanov said that Saleh Samedov demanded to provide him with land for the construction of the villa. Gahramanov denied , because the sale of land is only through auctions, but Samedov did not like it.
The victim noted that he is still being threatened even in the hospital, demanding to remain silent and threatening with murder. Attempts to receive a comment in the Imishli police were futile.
The head of the Interior Ministry's press service, Ehsan Zahidov, told Turan that if a citizen applied to the police, his complaint would be investigated.
