The leaders of the company who committed fraud are detained
Baku / 27.07.17 / Turan: Officials of LLC "579 SSA" committed fraud on behalf of the State Agency for Housing Construction (AHC.) In this regard, the State Agency applied to the General Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General, on the basis of which an investigation was conducted. This information was shared by the AHC and the Prosecutor General's Office.
The matter is that the founder of LLC 579 SSA Eldar Salayev and executive director Mammad Gafarov promised an inhabitant of Baku Samir Mamedov an apartment in the house that the AHC is building; and as an initial payment they took from Samir Mamedov 5000 manat. He was provided with relevant documents. Sensing something wrong Samir Mamedov went to the State Agency for Housing Construction, where the whole scam was revealed. As a result, a lawsuit was filed against Eldar Salayev and Mammad Gafarov on all clauses of the Article 178 (fraud), as well as Articles 308.1 (abuse of office) and 313 (forgery). Subsequently it turned out that in this way the above-named persons managed to deceive 25 people.
The State Agency for Housing Construction under the President was established in 2016 with the goal of meeting the housing needs of citizens. Currently, the Agency is building several buildings in the Yasamal district of the capital. -05D04-
