The main flag again could not resist the Baku wind
On May 19 at approximately 17:30 the main flag of the country once again could not resist the Baku wind and torn. The upper part (blue) broke away and flew off towards the sea. A little later, the other half of the flag was lowered, witnesses told Turan. It is noteworthy that today the northwest wind was not critical, so the cause of the incident is not clear. Three years ago for the first time broke the flag during a wind storm 25-30 meters per second. Today, wind power does not exceed 15 meters per second. Apparently, there were minor damage on the flag what was strengthened by the wind. -02В-
