The State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations is preparing for a large international forum to be held in Baku on 19-21 December.
The State Committee told Turan the event will bring together a large number of visitors from many countries - spiritual leaders, experts, theologians and officials.
At five meetings the two-day forum will discuss issues such as the relationship between state and religion, tolerance and freedom of conscience. The forum will adopt the Baku Charter. -05D-

This year, 22,000 foreign language teachers and an additional 4,000 teachers who were unable to pass certification last year will be involved in the certification process, the director of the state agency for preschool and general education, Eshgi Bagirov, announced on February 12.
