Additional 24 State-owned Property Items Sold from Auction
Baku / 22.09.16 / Turan: The State Committee for Property Affairs (SCPA) of Azerbaijan sold 24 state-owned property items from the auction on September 20.
The trades were held in conditions of high activity of investors, who committed themselves to transfer 1.1 million AZN to the state budget.
The auction sold 30% stakes in 6 JSCs, including two ginneries, 14 small enterprises and facilities (including 10 in Baku) and 4 vehicles.
SCPA notes the bids were opened and everyone could watch it in a special hall. Moreover, on the monitors everyone could observe the auctions held in other cities and regions.
The next auction will be held on September 27, and investors will be offered 52 state-owned property items. ----08D
